We will accomplish this together through the therapeutic relationship. I will empower you to be your best. My approach uses techniques from various schools: cognitive, behavioral, and psychodynamic. I am a licensed psychotherapist with a graduate degree from Columbia University/CAU with more than 10 years' experience.
