When a patient is experiencing a crisis, a quick response can save a life.

GRBHS Mobile Assessment Team (MAT) is our mobile assessment team that works in a collaborative and supportive relationship with you as a referring agency.

Our mobile assessors can be dispatched to hospitals, nursing homes, schools, businesses, and other area agencies for on-site crisis evaluation.

 On-site Assessment Includes:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Suicidal ideation
  • Homicidal behavior
  • Preoccupation with harming oneself
  • Delusions
  • Hallucinations
  • Homicidal ideations
  • Self-Mutilation
  • Inappropriate behaviors (a danger to self or others)

Providing You With Vital Care

MAT continues to promote patient care consistent with that of (GRBHS) Ginger-Ridge Behavioral Health Services LLC – striving to produce optimal mental healthoutcomes.

We focus on effectiveness, efficiency, and patient satisfaction. By matching the clinical needs of the patients with the appropriate treatment, we provide the referral source with a good sense of the patient’s behavioral health needs.

GRBHS MAT Provides:

  • On-site response to a healthcare or community agency
  • Clinical evaluation and risk assessment
  • Referral, admission, and treatment recommendations
  • Immediate access to behavioral health services
  • Reduction of the escalation of psychiatric symptoms and immediate crisis stabilization
  • Documentation of assessment and treatment recommendations

On-site assessment often eliminates the unnecessary step of sending the patient to the emergency room, which is time-consuming and costly.

Once the patient is admitted to the hospital, GRBHS will provide follow-up after care, (e.g. linkage/referral).

On-site assessment services are subject to staff availability.

We will not release any confidential health information about you or your treatment without your explicit consent.
